Ministry of Education officials said its priority was to draft a law focusing on gifted and talented pupils and to set up a Dh10?million centre within the next two years. Norra Al Marri, director of the ministry??s special education department, said: ??The law and the centre is part of eight initiatives we are planning, if it is approved by the Cabinet.
